We can confirm that Halewood has had a record-breaking registration result for TIC 2023 with 93 circles signed up to take part in this year’s TIC cycle.
This figure is our highest ever to date with an additional uptake of 43 percent compared to 2022.
Echoing our Creators’ Code, TIC is about growth, impact and unity, where small teams work together to make positive changes to their workplace. The TIC programme empowers our people, and our business thrives because of it.
It also helps us play our part in our Refocus transformation to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of our operations, as we strive forward with the Reimagine strategy.
This is an exceptionally exciting year for anyone taking part in TIC as for the first time ever, the Global TIC Convention will be held in the USA, with our Jaguar Land Rover North America colleagues also participating in their first TIC cycle.
Charlotte Jervis, Halewood TIC engagement lead, said: “It’s brilliant to see the engagement from across the plant with more circles registered than ever before.
“Everyone who is taking part in TIC this year should feel proud that they have embraced the opportunity to do something different which can have a real impact on the success of our business.”
