ASSOCIATES IN SOLIHULL'S BODY SHOP 3 LIVE THE CREATORS' CODE

During a recent stand down period a number of associates from across Body Shop 3 decided to utilise their time and make improvements to their working areas by repainting floors, clearing scrap parts and performing deep cleans.

During a recent stand down period a number of associates from across Body Shop 3 decided to utilise their time and make improvements to their working areas by repainting floors, clearing scrap parts and performing deep cleans.

A huge thank you to the following associates who supported this work, a terrific example of living the Creators' Code and working in Unity and with Integrity:

• Paul Wills, Dan Bradley and Jamie West for supporting maintenance in clearing scrap or damaged parts from the production cells, who also went above and beyond by repairing and reworking many of these parts that were salvageable, giving a cost saving to the business.
  
  
• Mark Lawley, Will Gallagher, Dave Lawson and Yousuf Ghanchi, for repainting various areas such as walkways and crossings, they then went on to repaint a much greater area than they were asked to complete, and also asked for paint to be reordered, restoring a number of jigs and fixtures to a like-new condition, restoring the appearance of the area and making a nicer working environment for all.
  
  
• Caitlin Gould, Adrianna Madecka and Lauren Wantuch for completing glue checks and for learning a number of new jobs.
  
  
• Colin Chambers, who single-handedly managed all of the people left in the department, created and allocated various tasks and supported the additional work that the whole team did by ensuring the tools and supplies needed were available, and took it in his stride, without taking any credit from the operators above, many of which he nominated for recognition.
  
  
• Dave Jeffries, Colin Haden, Rob Thomas, Marik Bien, Adam Walker, Paige Hannon, Hinesh Chahuan and Michael Wood for completing a deep clean and re-painting of their entire immediate work area, even laminating pictures of the models we build in Body Shop 3 and placing them on the area to remind everyone of the finished product of the cars we build.
