Plant Launch are getting ready to ‘drive’ towards another fundraiser after announcing that slots are now open for this year’s JLR Castle Bromwich Charity Golf Day.
After a hugely successful first year, CB’s Launch team will be teeing off another day on September 1st and are inviting colleagues across the plant to get involved and raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Being held at Pipe Hayes Golf Course, entry for the event is just £30 with the first £15 as a deposit to secure your place.
Your entry fee gets you 18 holes plus a bacon roll and tea or coffee on arrival as well as a series of mini competitions over the day including Closest To The Pin, Longest Drive and Best Individual Score plus many more.
After your round there will be curry and chips and a presentation evening for those of you fortunate enough to pick up a trophy.
If swing isn’t your thing but still want to play a part you or a business you know can sponsor a hole as part of the day for £60 which goes straight into the fund.
Organiser Craig Egan said: “Last year was a fantastic event and we’ve had calls to do it again so here we are. It’s a fantastic day for a great cause and we can’t recommend it enough.”
