DESIGN INSIGHTS: JAGUAR MONOGRAM PATTERN

Designer Louise Thorburn shares some of the inspiration behind the design of the Jaguar monogram pattern.

As part of the Beautiful Details video series from the Design team, Designer Louise Thorburn shares some of the inspiration behind the design of the Jaguar monogram pattern. "The monogram pattern came from our heritage lozenge, it was an iconic logo. It can be as obvious as a perforation on a seat, or as hidden as a detail on the rotaries. The tactility of the rotary may at first feel like a nice pattern but once inspected closer it shows the signature monogram, creating lasting romance with the vehicle."
