Jane Pagett, SAP Centre of Excellence Solution Lead, and Higher Apprentice Shannon Lynch have been recognised for their ongoing contributions in the technology sector.
In the running for the Shining Star Award is Jane, who has been commended for her work in shaping the processes and improving efficiencies of the SAP Centre of Excellence.
She will be joined by Tata Consultancy Serivce’s Amandip Jheeta who has been recognised for her excellent record of managing IT projects.
Shannon has been nominated in the Apprentice category. She will face competition for the prize from nominees at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IT consultants Methods.
The Midlands Women in Tech Awards aim to raise the visibility of women in the tech space and to inspire the next generation, as well as to promote a gender balanced workforce.
The winners across the eight categories will be announced on 3 October as a panel of seven judges make their final decision on the winner after a public vote.
