Halewood charity of the year golf day

Yesterday (Sunday 20 May) 20 teams from Halewood got together at Childwall Golf Club to raise money for Charlies Chance.

All the holes were sponsored by very generous organisations, helping us to raise even more money for this fantastic cause.  The day started with breakfast before everyone got down to the serious business of playing golf.

There was then an evening meal and presentation as we met our winners, Environmental Options!  Well done team.

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone that took part, we raised over £6000 for Charlies Chance which is amazing!
