Employee of the Year
And the winner is: Neil Plews
Nominated by Chris Morris, Mike Hughes and Kate Birkenhead
And here’s why…
“There are two reasons for Neil’s nomination. Firstly, in his role as a Kaizen specialist, Neil continually demonstrates ingenuity and attention to detail in a wide range of tasks. He uses his skill set to go above and beyond on projects like the D22 nerve centre in OTA and keeps stakeholders informed of progress.
“The second part of his nomination is for his passionate pursuit of charitable work. Neil does this all in his own time and always manages to include the wider Halewood community. He annually organises Easter Egg donations for Alder Hey and last year many people took part in a Dragon Boat Race which brought together a broad selection of employees from different shifts and areas.”
