We're making improvements to our Occupational Health Service
From 15th July Occupational Health will be changing its service provider to Duradiamond Health Care (DHC), who will work alongside our Occupational Health Advisors, Company Doctors, Physios and Counsellors to improve the service we provide to you, including;
MODERNISING: Technology driven with a new OH Gateway portal and digital communications
FASTER: Most people will have an appointment within 3 days of OH referral, and outcome reports within 5 days
EXPERT ADVICE: Access to a broad team of Clinicians to ensure you’re assessed by the right person at the right time
Here's some useful information ahead of the change to help you understand what it means for you;
During this time while we are transferring data to the Duradiamond system, we will have limited capacity to hold clinics.
From the 24th June, our clinicians will continue to see early intervention cases for musculoskeletal and mental wellbeing support. For anything else, our clinicians will make an assessment on the urgency of the support needed and advise the manager if they are triaged to receive an appointment date after 15th July.
Please note, employees who are due to have ongoing assessments or treatments with Occupational Health, will be told in their next appointment what to expect with the service transition, and how they will be contacted for further appointments.
The Occupational Health team will continue to keep you updated throughout the service transition and should you have any questions, please contact ohchange@jaguarlandrover.com.
