On 10 October it's World Mental Health Day, and the theme this year is mental health at work.
According to the mental health charity MIND, mental health problems affect around one in four people in Britain, and one in six in a work environment.
Earlier this year we launched an ongoing campaign to raise awareness of mental health across the organisation, with the important message that it's okay to talk about it and to encourage colleagues to start a conversation.
In the spirit of starting that conversation, Executive Director of Product Engineering Nick Rogers spoke to Caroline Meyer, Professor of Applied Psychology at WMG, University of Warwick, to find out more about what mental health is; how leaders can spot the signs of team members who are struggling; and where to direct colleagues for help.
