Jaguar Land Rover Classic to electrify German fans
Jaguar Land Rover
Jaguar Land Rover Classic will be out in force at the 31st Techno Classica in Essen, Germany.
On display at the classic car show will be a mixture of the
new and old, with the Jaguar E-type Zero and Viessmann’s I-PACE eTROPHY race car
set to the stars of the show.
Also in attendance will be Viessmann’s driver Célia Martin
to share her experiences of life racing in an all-electric race series, as well
as Panasonic Jaguar Racing’s I-TYPE 3 Formula E car, a D-type Continuation and
one of seven electric Land Rover Defender research vehicles.
Sharing the same hall as Aston Martin, BMW and Mini,
visitors to the stand will be able to get away from the hectic show by taking a
360-degree virtual reality tour of Jaguar Land Rover Classic’s centre in
Essen-Kettwig. Guests will be able to explore the showroom, workshop and a
number of selected classic models at a touch of a button in this immersive
However, for those keen to see these classic cars in the
metal, Jaguar Land Rover Germany will transport them to the showroom in using
Jaguars, including an original S-type and a Daimler DS420 limousine.
