Jaguar Land Rover has teamed up with James Bond to give the public an insight into life as a secret agent with a state-of-the-art interactive experience in Sölden, Austria.
The three-year partnership sees the brand’s association with
Bond extended, with 007 Elements exhibition located at the top of Gaislachkogl
Peak, next to the Q restaurant used as the Hoffler Klinik in Spectre.
The attraction will feature interactive technical content
alongside the Land Rover Defender and Range Rover Sport SVR used in Spectre. While
the latest artificial intelligence and battery technology used in the Jaguar
I-PACE will power a wireframe model of the C-X75 concept car also used in the
last 007 film.
Mark Cameron, Jaguar Land Rover Experiential Marketing
Director, said: “From one British icon to another, Jaguar Land Rover is proud
to be part of 007 Elements.
“We have collaborated with EON Productions and Cable Car
Companies Sölden to showcase
our Bond vehicles and latest technologies in this unique installation
overlooking the Otztal Alps.”
Jaguar Land Rover has featured in nine 007 films since 1983
and first started its association with Bond in Octopussy with Tina Hudson and
Roger Moore making their dramatic escape in a Range Rover Classic.
