Keeping the kids ‘appy

Adam Sampson from Launch is the latest colleague at Halewood to be driving around in style for the weekend thanks to the Your JLR app win a car for the weekend competition.

Adam was really pleased to win the car and top of his agenda was to surprise his kids, Charlie and Oscar by picking them up from school!  They couldn’t hide their glee as Adam cruised up in the Land Rover Discovery – and they even got to show it off to their friends!

Adams weekends are busy with football and rugby and the kids loved travelling to the games in the car. With the stormy weather this weekend Adam was a little disappointed he didn’t get to take the car out for a long drive but the kids were pleased as they got a chauffeur service to the local indoor play area!

Adam told us, “I think the app is a great idea, as it will make it much easier to get news and keep up to date with what’s going on around the factory.  It’s also nice to see what’s going on at the other plants, I’ve had a look at the other cars people have won and they all look great!”
