Diesel Assembly’s CFC champion Matt Baker has picked up March’s Employee of the Month accolade
Matt received the award having been nominated multiple times for his dependable and personalised approach, through the Rec-ignition Portal.
Process Leader Josh Green, was one of six people who nominated Matt. He said: “Matt has led the way in implementing a cost tracker to ensure adherence and has engaged petrol to get both halls aligned in driving metrics going forward.”
Ant Juxon added: “Matt has done a fantastic amount of work around cost awareness and adherence to process. He has continued to push team leaders, as well as improve the process to make cost reviews effective. He has also played a huge part in training, showing versatility in the area. Most importantly, he always has a smile on his face and top notch behaviours.”
Runners up in March’s competition were Machining’s Andy Perrins, who was recognised for his tenacity and dependable transparency, as well as Machining’s Craig Hill, who was recognised for his dependable and personalised approach to supporting his customers.
