New admin People Centre in Halewood

The Admin People Centre and the ELS offices have moved from the Admin Building to the Factory floor and are now located to the right of the Fuel Stop and the Lean Learning Academy at Stanchion I32.

People Centres provide useful content to employees who cannot access the People Portal. All People Centres contain the following items:

• Various forms such as; change of details, maternity paternity forms, various pension forms and Motorvate Application forms
  
• Red Post Box to post any internal mail/completed JLR forms
  
• Contact information for HR Direct and Payroll
  
• A phone 
  
• Posters with information about holidays, pensions and payroll
  
• Health and Wellbeing Information
  
• Computers 

The new Admin People Centre also contains:

• A Wellbeing Machine which can measure weight, blood pressure, heart rate and body fat percentage
  
• Employee Learning Scheme Office: The employee learning scheme aims to support Jaguar Land Rover employees in their life-long learning. It is separate from the work-related learning organised by JLR. You learn in your own time and can choose to learn almost anything, depending on your own interests.
