Entering into the European leg of the championship, the Panasonic Jaguar Racing team will travel to Rome next week for the seventh round of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship taking place at the Circuto Cittadino Dell’EUR. At a length of 2.84km the city-centre circuit is the second longest of the race calendar. The team will also make a special announcement on Monday so keep your eyes peeled for that.
Panasonic Jaguar Racing Team Director, James Barclay said:
“We are very excited to race in the inaugural Rome E-Prix. This is the first
time a fully electric single seater street race will take place in the historic
Italian capital. The drivers will need to learn quickly and drive efficiently
to succeed. As a team we are hopeful that we can continue the positive progress
we have made this season and put ourselves in a great position to compete for
points on Saturday.”
