Paul Burling has scored a hat-trick becoming the first person at the EMC to be named Employee of the Month three times
Paul Burling has scored a hat-trick, being named the EMC’s Employee of the Month for the third time.
He was recognised by a number of colleagues, including PTME Tooling Engineer Callum Tucker, who commended Paul for his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond, stepping in to support a key supplier at the last minute.
Paul was also commended for his dependability and focus on providing a seamless peronalised service to customers by engaging with key suppliers to get the job done.
Callum said: “In his supervisor’s absence, Paul took full reigns of the process monitoring install within the Niles Simmons machining on the Crank Line. Under no supervision he showed his tenacity to not only support Niles but guide them within our EMC working practices.
“He has continually supported an installation and update at very short notice, managing the contractors onsite from start-up to completion, ensuring the delivery meets our expectations.
“He has also communicated with the organiser throughout, highlighting concerns as they arise.”
Runners up in February’s competition were diesel assembly’s Hiten Patel and Jak McGann.
