Since the roll-out of our Creators' Code, you have had the opportunity to recognise colleagues for demonstrating the behaviours and thousands of you have done just that over recent months.
Recognition is a powerful way of motivating colleagues, showing your appreciation for their efforts and raising morale in your team.
By now, you will all hopefully be familiar with our Creators’ Code behaviours:

Customer Love
James Dickinson
James met with me to discuss data lake analysis for body issues. In one example he has taken the initiative to find out more from the system owner, fully defined the customer issue, developed and refined a dashboard that could provide a blueprint for further body systems. Great work!
Igor Uličný
Igor has been exceptional in helping me with the Fuel Breather pipe quality project. He has always provided timely feedback very honestly and transparently. He always had the right motive to get this issue resolved as our customers were affected.
Unity
Liam Taylor
Huge thanks for your energetic, diligent and thorough start to your new role. You’re already making a significant difference to the JEA battery programme and it’s a pleasure to have you on the team. Don’t lose your spark or mojo.
Ciaran Mould
Ciaran stepped forward and offered to unite/grow the whole team by leading a training session to improve everyone's CAD skills. Really great leadership and impressed by the initiative which was immediately met with an out-pouring of positivity. Thank you Ciaran.
Integrity
Sebastian Dinu
Seb has proactively raised issues relating to unacceptable progress being made on the diagnostics on the inverter. His can-do attitude and relentless diligence has led to a promising plan to tackle all of the key topics. Thanks for your support Seb.
Duncan Hamilton
Thanks Duncan, for your openness and bravery to speak the truth on both technical issues and your personal views. I really appreciate that and believe that your contribution is deeply important on both the technical brilliance and the team development.
Growth
Ilona Bronowska
Ilona has done exceptionally well in her training for CORE. Her positive approach, perseverance and strong work ethic has enabled her to progress really well and she is already an asset to the CORE Release Team. Keep it up! Well done Ilona.
Jose Amaral
For showing top class leadership through the recent EVSE workshops. Coaching, mentoring the team and creating excitement around what we do and our charging/discharging product. Pleasure to have you in the team. Well done Jose.
Impact
Steve Mitchley
Struggled to choose just one category for Steve. Thank you for going above and beyond to support my team in improving the TRM and Xray training. Working as one team and supporting us to deliver added benefits ultimately to the whole community. Steve's behaviours is something we should all embrace.
Ting Wan
Identifying there is no single source info pack for new starters, Ting has created a PI new starter pack for the department. This has already been extremely useful for new starters. I have received positive feedback for the pack. I know this has taken ALOT of effort and I thank Ting for her efforts.
Well done to absolutely everyone who has been recognised by colleagues for living the Creators' Code. Don't forget that you can submit Rec-ignitions by heading to your SuccessFactors page.
