Showers lead to Bath for latest YOUR JLR app winner

The latest winner of the YOUR JLR app car for a weekend has braved the showers at the EMC to pick up his Discovery.

Mod 4 Assembly’s David Timmins, who has been with the facility for nearly five years, is passionate about his cars. He’s got a Jaguar XF and even has his own car detail and valeting business, making all types of vehicles look factory new. 

The dad of one, plans to take his family, including daughter Gracie, 15, on a day trip to Bath, that’s if the showers continue, although there may be a trip to the beach planned if the weather picks up and the sun shines. Although first he’s promised to collect his wife from work, where she’s planning to show off the vehicle to her work colleagues. 

He said: “I was shocked when I received the call that I’d won the car for the weekend. I absolutely love Jaguar and Land Rover products. I commute from Kidderminster every day, so it’s just nice to be able to drive in comfort in my own Jaguar. My wife is extremely excited about having the car and we’ve all looking forward to a couple of days out in the Disco.”
