Solihull’s Team Improvement Circle (TIC) Convention saw more than 350 people and 60 teams share their TIC journeys over the last eight months.
Bigger and better than ever before, the day was a celebration of those who have stepped out of their comfort zones and made the Lode Lane site a better place to work.
Dave Owen, Solihull Operations Director, said: "This was my first time being involved in a TIC Convention and it’s one I will always remember.
“The 60 teams, which is twice as many as last year, were amazing. It goes to show that we have a growing movement of people at Solihull who want to contribute and make their work areas and our site a better place to be.”
Each team had 12 minutes to shine, presenting to a panel of judges the improvements they have made since starting out on their journey. Everyone who took part really stepped up to the mark, challenged the status quo and has made a real difference.
Luke Hughes, Solihull TIC Champion, said: "The atmosphere at this year’s convention was electrifying. I'm so proud of all the teams for getting this far and overcoming all of the obstacles in their way.
“A massive congratulations to everyone for making it one of the best ever. It is already my 2019 highlight of the year."
