SPEND A DAY IN THE LIFE WITH ARNY MOON

In the coming weeks and months members of our senior leadership team will be taking their turns in spending a 'day in the life' of our production team. Up first was PQ Senior Supervisor Arny Moon, find out how he got on!

Arny spent the day working with Mohammed Zahid on "additional" role on VAL 1. "Its a great opportunity for supervisors and management to go back to basics and understand our people, product and problems. Without this basic 'go, look, see' technique we sometimes lose understanding of what is impacting our people, product and performance" commented Arny. 

Arny has worked for Jaguar Land Rover for 33 years after joining on a YTS scheme. Not only has he gained a massive insight on what improvements need to be made but enjoyed the chance to break barriers with some of his team who took advantage of the chance to have banter with one of their supervisors! He also added "Mo was really helpful in getting me up to speed on the role and explaining the reasons behind the checks we carry out on the VAL line to protect our customers".
