The wait is finally over. We listened to you and as part of our key beacon actions, the exclusive Radio JLR trial will begin at Solihull TODAY!

If you're one of the lucky colleagues on the morning shift in FA2, we're excited to announce that as per your votes, Heart FM will be playing in the build hall to make your day enjoyable. 

The trial is due to finish the end of December, and following this period, we'll be looking to gather feedback and metrics to determine the trial's impact, with a potential to extend the trial to other areas of the business. 

As per current policy, this does not permit colleagues across site to play their own music via their phones, speakers or radios as we don't hold a relevant license for this. 

This project has been a great example of unity and working in an agile way involving multiple areas across the business, volunteering their time to bring this project to life.

We're very excited for Solihull to be the experimenting site for this and will of course be updating you along the way.
