Good luck to all our "fantas-TIC” Solihull TIC circles who are taking part in the 2022 Regional TIC Convention, this Saturday (1 October). The event will be held at the National Conference Centre in Solihull, with 64 teams attending from across our UK JLR sites.
It will be an action-packed day from start to finish, where each circle has just 12 minutes to present their continuous improvement ideas to our TIC judging panel.
They will then have the tough task of deciding which teams to put through to the TIC Global Convention, which takes place in December.

What is TIC?
The Team Improvement Circle (TIC) is an employee engagement programme, which is based on the principle of Quality Circles. It allows small teams of employees to come together to utilise basic problem-solving tools and techniques to improve a problem in their workplace to the benefit of themselves and the business as a whole.
Getting involved in continuous improvement through TIC is a key way we can play our part in Refocus transformation and improve the efficiency and sustainability of our operations as we strive forward with our exciting Reimagine strategy.
It is also a way we can live the new behaviours outlined in our Creators’ Code, acting with unity and integrity to make an impact and deliver more for our discerning customers.
