The Employee Learning Scheme (ELS) has relaunched with a new and improved platform.
You are allocated £200 worth of funding to spend on learning experiences outside of work, such as adventure sports, home renovation & construction or even beauty therapy courses. So log on and book now!
As the platform is new, more courses will be added throughout the year, and you can recommend more courses using the ‘New Course Requests’ page on the ELS website.

You'll need a Covisint account to log in to ELS. Check your email and junk folders for an email from 'JLR Security Admin Team [no reply] noreply@jlr-apps.com' with the subject Jaguar Land Rover Single Sign On Registration Invitation. This email contains a link to your unique verification code and pin to help you set up your registered Covisint account.
If you haven’t received your email, check your Junk/Spam folders using the above information to search. If you can’t find the Jaguar Land Rover Security Admin Team email, contact the IT Department onithelp1@jaguarlandrover.com quoting that your query regards ‘Covisint’. EMC/BAC: If you wish to book a course please log into your Jaguar Land Rover account on a work device using your @jaguarlandrover.com email address. Please speak to your supervisor to help you locate a device onsite.
