Alongside our Rec-Ignition platform, we have also launched a new Online Discounts Portal, which brings together savings, discounts and cashback you have exclusive access to as someone who works for Jaguar Land Rover. ‘Your Jaguar Land Rover Discounts’ offers an array of shopping incentives on well-known high street brands, and with regular new deals, you are always likely to find something you can take advantage of. Examples of what you can gain access to include:
- Save 5% on your Sainsbury’s shop
- Save 10% at Boots
- Save 10% at House of Fraser
- Save 10% at Wickes
- Save 8% at Currys PC World
- Save 20% with EE
- Save 7.5% at the Early Learning Centre
HOW YOU CAN ACCESS JLR ONLINE DISCOUNTS PORTAL & THE REC-IGNITION PORTAL
We want to ensure that both Rec-Ignition and Your Discounts are available to as many of you as possible. There are a couple of different routes to access the portal depending on whether you have a JLR email address or not. Please see the flowcharts below to understand how you can access Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts.

I HAVE A JLR EMAIL ADDRESS
See the Flow Chart Download on this page. If you are not sure whether you still need your JLR email address speak to your line manager. When Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts launches you will receive an email containing a link to the site. You will also be able to access the site through the ‘Rec-Ignition’ tab on the People Portal.
I DO NOT HAVE A JLR EMAIL ADDRESS
See the Flow Chart Download on this page. When Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts launches you will be able to access the site through the ‘Recognition’ icon in Covisint SxP. Covisint SxP provides you with access to SuccessFactors (which is where you can apply for JLR jobs). If you are unsure if you have registered your personal email address please contact HR Direct on 01926 691747 or 0800 121 4747.
COLLEAGUES AT THE EMC
See the Flow Chart Download on this page. All EMC colleagues have a JLR email address. When Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts launches you will receive an email containing a link to the site. You will also be able to access the site through the ‘Rec-Ignition’ tab on the People Portal.
Your JLR Discounts is open to all UK JLR employees and agency staff (employed by MsXi, Pontoon, and Manpower).
