Jaguar Land Rover colleagues can spend up to 16 hours of work time annually on approved volunteering projects which focus on regeneration, the environment, education, support for young people and charity work.
As well as making a positive impact on the community, projects are an excellent way to strengthen personal skills including communication, creativity, project management and leadership and can be included in annual performance reviews.
Jaguar Land Rover has launched a brand new volunteering and fundraising platform called KindLink. KindLink will make it easier for employees to find and sign up for volunteering opportunities as well as add their own projects.
To find current available volunteering opportunities, go to jlr.at.kindlink.com to register your account if you have a Jaguar Land Rover email address or email firstname.lastname@example.org from your personal email address and we will send you a registration link via email.
