Jaguar Land Rover colleagues can spend up to 16 hours of work time annually on approved volunteering projects.
Volunteering activities focus on regeneration, the environment, education, support for young people and charity work. In addition to contributing to the community, colleagues gain valuable skills and team building opportunities and benefit the business.
Communication, creativity, project management and leadership are only some of the skills that can be improved by volunteering on these approved projects.
