To deliver this, we have outlined three key objectives:
- Drive progressive HR Policy and Employee Benefits
- Ownership and accountability of the business to deliver the D&I vision
- Diversity in our leadership team and organisation
Jaguar Land Rover’s Employee Networks
As part of Jaguar Land Rover’s ongoing drive around diversity and inclusion, there are several colleague led networks in the business.
These networks are run by colleagues for colleagues, and offer a platform for people with a passion for diversity and inclusion to share their ideas and experiences, influence leadership and network with each other.
Each network has a committee, which is made of volunteers from across the business, who organise all the network’s activities including events and communications.
To bring the networks together all the network Chairs sit on the ‘We Are JLR’ committee which is run by Laura Bache.
‘We Are JLR’ acts as the network of networks to align our drive for diversity and inclusion, and make sure the networks support each other and share best practice.
