To deliver this, we have outlined three key pillars (available in downloads):
- Shape a culture of unity, belonging, inclusion and respect
- Implement progressive policies, practices, benefits and support
- Engage our employees and experts to accelerate progress

Becoming an ally at Jaguar Land Rover
Allyship is a term used to describe actively using our individual position to amplify the voices of a minority group. You don't need to be already part of a group, it's simply about being an advocate in promoting inclusive behaviours within your own team.
We have launched an allyship campaign, with resources available to help to get you started if you want to know more, and help use your voice to make change.
Take a look at the Allyship Framework below to see how you can get involved.
Jaguar Land Rover’s Employee Networks
As part of Jaguar Land Rover’s ongoing drive around diversity and inclusion, there are a range of colleague-led networks across our business.
These networks are run by colleagues for colleagues, and offer a platform for people with a passion for diversity and inclusion to share their ideas and experiences, influence leadership and network with each other.
Each network has a committee, which is made of volunteers from across the business, who organise all the network’s activities including events and communications.
To bring the networks together all the network Chairs sit on the ‘We Are JLR’ committee which is run by Laura Coombs-Fellowes.
‘We Are JLR’ acts as the network of networks to align our drive for diversity and inclusion, and make sure the networks support each other and share best practice.
