Recognising each other for the great work we all do on a daily basis is an important part of feeling valued at work. How many times have you felt more motivated, satisfied and happy when someone simply says ‘thank you’ for your hard work? At Jaguar Land Rover, we want to encourage as many of you as possible to say thank you more often, and in a way that is recognised by your peers and managers. Feedback from Pulse tells us that you want us to do more to help you feel valued.
As a result, we have launched a new online platform called Rec-Ignition, so you can do just that; say thank you to the people you work with, day in day out, who go the extra mile. The platform is open to all UK JLR employees and agency staff (employed by MsXi, Pontoon, and Manpower). Rec-Ignition is linked to our Customer First Behaviours - the way we expect everyone to behave across the business in order for us to create experiences we love for life. HOW YOU CAN ACCESS REC-IGNITION PORTAL & THE ONLINE DISCOUNTS PORTAL
We want to ensure that both Rec-Ignition and Your Discounts are available to as many of you as possible. There are a couple of different routes to access the portal depending on whether you have a JLR email address or not. Please see the flowcharts below to understand how you can access Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts.
I HAVE A JLR EMAIL ADDRESS
See the Flow Chart Download on this page. If you are not sure whether you still need your JLR email address speak to your line manager. When Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts launches you will receive an email containing a link to the site. You will also be able to access the site through the ‘Rec-Ignition’ tab on the People Portal.
I DO NOT HAVE A JLR EMAIL ADDRESS
See the Flow Chart Download on this page. When Rec-Ignition and Your JLR Discounts launches you will be able to access the site through the ‘Recognition’ icon in Covisint SxP. Covisint SxP provides you with access to SuccessFactors (which is where you can apply for JLR jobs). If you are unsure if you have registered your personal email address please contact HR Direct on 01926 691747 or 0800 121 4747.
COLLEAGUES AT THE EMC
